About Us

A well established and trusted independent family business specialising in the holiday letting of high quality cottages.

A home in the country...

A fine selection of Norfolk cottages, chosen for their individual charm and quality. From bijou boltholes, contemporary barn conversions or cosy country homes. Even a beach hut!

Many of our properties are ideally suited for short breaks; all are welcoming at any time of year enabling you to escape the everyday and restore your spirits. Having enjoyed walks along pine fringed sandy beaches or ambles through the unspoilt rural villages you can relax knowing you are returning to a cosy idyllic retreat. Settle in front of a log fire for a snug night in or visit one of the many excellent hostelries to sample dishes using locally grown produce.

A holiday is not complete without the whole family and many of our cottage owners are happy for you to bring the dog (s) with you. They just ask you to respect the garden, disposing of any little gifts your dog may have left, and not to leave Rover on his own in the cottage.

From the hauntingly beautiful coastline to its mellow villages, much of Norfolk remains undiscovered but particularly here, in the heart of the North Norfolk coast. Many rural industries still survive; reed cutters harvest for thatch in late summer, local fisherman bring in the renown seafood and traditional market towns thrive with not a high street chain store in sight. Still far from the maddening crowd, the simple pleasures of walking, sailing and birdwatching to the more unusual attractions, go to making this one of the most enjoyable parts of the British Isles to relax and refresh the spirit.

Boudiccas rampaging hordes are long gone (except during the Norwich sales) consigned to this areas often spicy history. From their legacy left in isolated ring forts to the imposing stately homes of Englands landed gentry, all have added threads to a rich tapestry no one can resist exploring.

Your time is your own. We strive to make this your home in the countryside.
