A well-presented stylish annex within the owner’s grounds, however privacy is ensured, located in one of the most beautiful areas of the Norfolk Broads. The cottage is decorated tastefully and offers a great base to explore the local area.

Strumpshaw is close to the Broads and is an ideal location for bird watching being home to the RSPB reserve at Strumpshaw Fen 1/2 mile away, you are surrounded by nature and water. Brundall which is close by and offers all of your local amenities from pubs, restaurants and a range of shops. Visit Wroxham for a fun filled day out on the Broads, or head a little further to the Norfolk Coast. The city of Norwich is not far away and there is a railway line close-by which takes you straight into the city  centre.

Step into the delightful one level accommodation, into a spacious open plan kitchen/lounge/diner, The lounge area comprises of a cosy sofa and chair looking across to the TV, for you to sit and relax and watch a movie. Why not cook up a storm in the well equipped kitchen having an electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge. Enjoy your meal in the dining area that has a table and chairs for two. Completing the accommodation is the twin bedroom, and en suite shower room comprising of shower cubicle, WC and wash hand basin.

Stepping outside from the lounge area you are welcomed by the spacious patio area with an enclosed garden which has a garden table and chairs which seats four. There is off road parking for one car.

Comfortable, cosy well appointed cottage. New pergola in morning sunny spot in garden. Great location for walking, the coast, the Broads and historic houses and gardens.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this comfortable well designed and equipped holiday let. Parking was excellent and the totally enclosed garden was superb for our spaniel.

The cottage is in a beautiful location and offers a quiet environment and an opportunity to relax and enjoy the local environment.The guide provided was very helpful especially with local walks and pubs. Lee and Sophie were very welcoming and we wish them well for the future.

I had a very lovely holiday here. The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped. As it is just a 15 minute walk to Strumpshaw fen it is perfect for exploring the fens. The new owners are very helpful. Will be looking to book it again next year. Thank you for a lovely time.

Small, but very clean and comfortable cottage. In an ideal location for touring through the Norfolk Broads and the east coast. The weather was perfect enabling us to spend all day outside and eating out too.

Reasonably comfortable for its size, the garden was lovely and private and a great place to sit in to watch the sunset. Would have preferred a double bed . Jane & John were perfect hosts friendly and helpful without intruding

The property was spotlessly clean on arrival and suited our needs perfectly. Although it is situated alongside the Owners house, the property is very private with its own patio and secure garden area which was ideal for our Labrador who enjoyed her holiday as much as we did. Lovely place to stay and good value. Very convenient for visiting the area. Would recommend Thrigby Wildlife Gardens and park and the Thailand Restaurant not too far away.

What a lovely place to while away a week or two. Gorgeous location, with a wonderful nature reserve on the doorstep, while the cottage has a private garden and allocated parking space. The cottage is very clean, lots of space to move around, even with a dog, and the towels are changed halfway through the week. What luxury!
