Stairs from the hallway lead tothe first floor where there are three bedrooms. The first of these is a spacious king size room having plenty of built in wardrobe space, this room also benefits from an en-suite shower room with double shower cubicle, wash hand basin and WC, three steps lead down to the second king-size room, which has zip-and-link bed allowing it to be made up as a twin room on request., this bedroom can be accessed through the first, or alternatively via a separate set of steep stairs from the kitchen. There is a bathroom with shower over the bath, wash hand basin and WC. The third bedroom has a double bed and plenty of space to store clothes, opposite the bedroom there is a further shower room with WC.
Outside, there is an enclosed garden to the front of the cottage which has a small lawn and a seating area, whilst to the rear of the property, there is a pleasant courtyard area with garden furniture and a BBQ for guests to use. There is on-street parking a short walk from the property.
