Located within the grounds of the impressive Field Dalling Hall, this property enjoys a peaceful and picturesque location. From here, a 10-minute drive will bring you to the nearest supermarket and pub for stocking up on supplies or enjoying a hearty meal out. The fantastic Norfolk coastline is within easy reach, as are the popular settlements of Holkham, Holt, Wells and Blakeney. A protected Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the Norfolk coastline offers an abundance of scenic walks and wildlife spotting opportunities.

Inside, this historic building has been modernised throughout to offer bright and spacious accommodation for memorable getaways. The kitchen/diner is contemporary in style with a small dining table to seat two and glass panelling through to the lounge/bedroom to offer an open plan feel and allow in plenty of natural light. The kitchen contains an oven and hob, washing machine, fridge/freezer and microwave. The main living space is bright and airy with a double bed, antique furniture, occasional lamps, comfortable sofas and charming sash windows. At the far end of this room, a cosy lounge area with TV opens onto a sunny patio via French doors, perfect for those warm sunny days. There is a modern shower room with a double walk in shower cubicle and heated towel rail.

Outside, there is a delightful patio area with table, chairs and sun loungers. This is a peaceful space to relax, unwind and enjoy the views over the wider gardens. There is off-road parking for two cars.

This is my second year at F D H and I absolutely love it! Wonderful setting,very peaceful,ideal for a relaxing getaway.You ,obviously, do need transport . Would strongly recommend to all who love the countryside and it's ways.

Gorgeous little cottage in an idyllic location. It was very charming and full of character. The cottage had everything we needed and, in addition to the towels and bedding that were prepared, we were delighted that there were kitchen essentials provided. All the mod-cons (Wi-Fi & smart TV) were greatly appreciated as well as a lovely basket of leafRead morelets and local information. Perfectly located with lots to see in a half hour drive in all directions. Well be back again! Hide

This was a very well appointed converted building more or less all in one room, except the toiletry arrangements which were in a separate room, which of course is right and proper. But it works and is to be recommended. However there is one big negative. For those like us who might want to spend the odd afternoon not visiting the sights it is imporRead moretant to have some outside space that is comfortable. This is a very cozy comfortable cottage in idyllic surroundings, a lovely place to base yourself for a break in North Norfolk.

Field Dalling Annexe is very clean, warm and comfortable, looking out on to a wooded area where I was very happy to see a muntjac grazing first thing in the morning. The evenings were completely silent apart from an owl hooting. If youre looking for peace and quiet and enjoy hearing birdsong you will love it here. All in all , a good place to stay if you want a peaceful and cosy hide-away, comfortable and quirky - a few niggles which could easily be sorted.

A superbly peaceful haven to escape the crazy crowds of bank holiday beach hoards. The Annexe is comfortable and fairly well equipped for a relaxing getaway for 2 with plenty of interesting and scenic places to visit nearby.

A cosy cottage for two in an excellent location. A very comfortable bed and settee. Good range of programmes on the TV. Kitchen is a little small if intending to cook. Needs some care when getting into and out of the shower as it's large, with a narrow opening and raised up. Plenty of parking
