A lovely stay. The house was comfortable. The garden was our favourite part. So many birds and butterflies. Lots of fruit trees. We stayed with our dog and the house and garden felt safe and secure. Great Snoring is a pretty, quaint village and perfectly situated to visit beaches, which were a fairly short drive away. National trust properties, FelRead morebrigg and Sheringham were also a short drive away. A very relaxing stay. Hide

We had a week at this place in June. We found it a very quiet place with little traffic, The bedrooms were of good size and comfortable. However it needs more comfortable seating in the lounge and the conservatory. The kitchen was adequately equipped and although the toilet upstairs is very compact the downstairs facilities were excellent The gardeRead moren was of good size with plenty of grass area for outdoor games and there was adequate parking for two cars off - road. Fantastic location, so lovely and peaceful and many marvellous places within easy reach. The cottage is comfortable.

This cottage was ideal as it is, for the two of us, albeit with shortcomings but would be definitely tight for 6! There have been comments about it being tired and old-fashioned. This is true albeit being old-fashioned means it gives more of an impression of being warm and friendly rather than the modern, often cold, unwelcoming and brash modern coRead morentemporary styles. However, the tiredness is a problem which needs addressing as does the relatively low standard of cleanliness in parts. The location is great, situated as it is on the edge of the village on a quiet lane, overlooking countryside. It is well situated for the whole of this northern area of Norfolk. The lack of local information is appalling - do your own research before you arrive!! Hide
