Delightful property enjoying a quiet location at the end of a no-through road in the village of Ingoldisthorpe in West Norfolk. The area is the perfectly located for those looking for a relaxing, low-key holiday with plenty of country and coastal walks to be enjoyed within a short distance of the cottage. Just three miles away the beach at Snettisham is a peaceful shingle bay which is home to a fantastic range of migratory birds and is a great place for those with an interest in wildlife and photography. A few miles further north along the coast brings visitors to the resort town of Hunstanton, a popular town in the summer months thanks to its sandy beach and excellent facilities which include shops, cafes, restaurants, and a Sea Life centre. There are also a number of stately homes and estates in the area which all make great destinations for leisurely day trips, including Sandringham, Holkham Hall, and Houghton Hall.

Two steps lead guests up to the front door of this cottage, which is one of two at the end of a quiet no-through road surrounded by fields. The first room that guests come to is the attractive kitchen, which has an excellent range of equipment, allowing guests to easily make themselves at home on their arrival. There is an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and a washing machine. A doorway from the kitchen leads through to the dining room which has enough space to seat five diners and patio doors which open onto the property’s garden. The lounge can be accessed through either the kitchen or the dining room and is a wonderfully inviting space with two comfortable sofas, a flame-effect fire, and a Smart TV and DVD, as well as some thoughtfully chosen decorative pieces. Upstairs, there are two pretty bedrooms, both of which have been finished in elegant restful colours. The first of these is a spacious room which has a double bed as well as an additional single daybed which may be suitable for a young child to share with their parents. The second bedroom is a double which offers plenty of storage space in a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. The bathroom, which is also located on the first floor, has a bath, separate shower cubicle and WC.

Outside, the property benefits from an enclosed garden which is mainly set to lawn and for which there is garden furniture provided. In addition to this, there is a spacious grassed area opposite the cottage which is shared with the neighbouring property and is a fantastic space for children to play or for dogs to run. There is off-road parking to the front of the property for two cars.

Beautiful cottage, with fabulous garden and views, tucked away for a peaceful stay! Comfortable accommodation, lovely double bedrooms with quality bedding. Walk in shower was great, and water pressure was good which is always a bonus! Nice fluffy towels! Lounge with comfortable sofas, and good TV for catching up on Wimbledon! Weather wasnt perfect,Read more so couldn't enjoy the sun loungers, but having the covered outside table area was perfect for drizzly day. Easy to get to beaches. Recommend! Fab Hide

The cottage was in a lovely location and well equipped. Garden was lovely and had a good bbq with seating. It had all the essentials in the kitchen and had everything you could need to cook all meals.

Good location for much of Norfolk. Cottage, though small, is adequate for 4 adults and the grounds were lovely for an evening stroll. The kitchen proved challenging for a roast lunch but if guests are eating out theres a wealth of nice places to coffee /eat. Beds were comfortable and beautifully dressed and the bathroom very up to date.We visited iRead moren January so got no use of the garden but I'm sure this would be a great asset in better weather. We had the best week, everything was stunning. So quiet, garden week maintained, the ground were unreal, seeing the horses daily, the view, lots of space , kitchen well equipped, people staying next day we spoke to and they were lovely, we have a big dog and she loved it, boys loved the back grass so could play , Sabrina was great, internet was gooRead mored so happy kids. Beautiful cottage everything you need is there. Beach and the Sandringham House and forest are close perfect base for exploring.
