This delightful cottage is just a short walk from the lovely beach and busy quayside in Wells-next-the-Sea. Nestling in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Wells is part of the largest coastal nature reserve in England, making it an ideal base for nature-lovers and birdwatchers. You can catch the Wells and Walsingham Light Railway which will take you to the pilgrim town of Little Walsingham, and there are many quaint villages and charming towns to explore including Brancaster, Blakeney, Thornham and Wighton. Attractions include Pensthorpe Natural Park and the Sandringham Estate. You will also be within walking distance from the 25,000 acre Holkham Estate which is home to the 18th century Holkham Hall and an unspoilt picturesque beach.

On entering this spacious, bright and welcoming holiday home, you will find yourself in the light and airy  hallway. The  lounge which is an ideal space for relaxing in at the end of a great day, with plenty of comfy seating, Smart TV and a wood burner. Moving into the attractively designed kitchen/diner, you will find a charming dining area with seating for six guests, and the kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. There is also a separate ground-floor WC. Going upstairs to the first floor you will find three cosy bedrooms. There’s a double room with a king-size bed and an en-suite shower room complete with walk-in shower and WC. There’s a further double room, and a bunk bedroom (not suitable for adults). You will also find a family bathroom complete with a shower over the bath and a WC.

Stepping outside you will find the south-facing rear garden is fully enclosed, with a grassed area and a paved patio area with garden furniture, allowing you to sit back, unwind and dine al fresco or enjoy a BBQ. The garage houses four adult bikes for guests to use, a supply of logs for the wood burner and can also be used for storing beach kit, bikes and logs. Off-road parking is available for two cars.

The house was lovely and in a great location only 10 minutes walk into Wells. It was immaculately clean and very well laid out with a lovely large kitchen diner. The beds were very comfortable and the log burner very cosy. We stayed for Christmas and had a brilliant time - ideal for Frank the dog with enclosed garden. A lovely stay in a home from home. Everything we needed to stay in and cook and enjoyed sitting by the fire. Great location not far from wells town with a lovely butchers and bakery.

We absolutely loved our stay! The accommodation is furnished to a high standard, very clean and extremely well equipped. The position of it made it an easy walk to the shops or down to the Quay. Would definitely recommend this property to others and I'm sure we'll be back again too.

Very well equipped and comfortable house. Perfectly positioned being a 10 minute walk from the quayside means it's very quiet but close to all the amenities. We'll stay there again.

Loved our stay here a lot. The house was by far equipped with more cleaning products, soaps and toilet rolls than most self catering properties I have stayed in. The location is great and its a 5 minute walk to pubs on the green and then another 5 minutes to the quayside. The house was lovely and clean, and we were able to get in early which was a Read moreright touch and very thoughtful of the owners to let us do that. We cant fault it at all, thoroughly enjoyed by all of us from the ages of 5-75! Hide

The accommodation is full of light and airy. Situated on a quiet development but close to all amenities, beaches and seaside attractions. Furnished to a very high standard and fully equipped. Garden is very secure and safe for children.

We had a lovely week here. The house was spotless, spacious and well equipped. All mod cons and up to date furnishing. Very quiet area and no traffic noise at all. My son wanted to stay here for good! Garden completely closed off for dogs and a sun trap. Location is great, short 10 min walk to Wells harbour where some nice pubs, restaurants and intRead moreeresting shops. This cottage is in a perfect location for walking into Wells and parking for 2 large cars is a bonus. The garden is fully enclosed which is great for dogs. The property is thoughtfully decorated and very comfortable for our party of 4 adults, 2 children and a dog.

Lovely holiday cottage, owners very approachable and happy to be contacted should anything arise. Our stay was brilliant, kids loved the garden (very secure). Nice quite estate position. We really enjoyed our stay at this very clean, spacious and modern property. Excellent location for the east and west coastal bus services. Less than 10 minutes walk to the buses at The Buttlands. Less than 15 minutes walk to the Harbour.
