This attractive two-bedroom cottage is perfectly located in a pretty village along the North Norfolk coast, close to many local visitor attractions.

Situated in the pleasant village of Little Walsingham, under 6 miles from the harbour town of Wells-next-the-Sea and the beach. You can walk to nearby pubs, shops, (including the award winning Walsingham Farm shop)and the Wells to Walsingham steam train at the village station. Wells has handy shops and amenities for you to stock up from. Also within short driving distance are some local places of interest such as the nature reserve at Blakeney Point, which is home to England’s largest seal colony.

On arrival at the property, you will first encounter the hallway which serves as a conduit to the lounge, a WC, the kitchen/diner, and the stairs to the first floor – it also has a book shelf filled with stories to get lost in. The lounge is a light, traditional-style room with ceiling beams and a wood burner. With a dual-aspect looking out to the front and side you can enjoy some gorgeous views of the garden. Ample comfortable seating is placed around the wood burner and the TV and DVD player . The kitchen is helpfully equipped with an oven and hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine and a microwave  and dishwasher.  There is also a dining table to enjoy your meals at. On the ground floor you’ll also find a WC and a storage cupboard. Both bedrooms are on the first floor and they each have access to their own en-suite bathrooms. The first bedroom, accessed through an ancillary/dressing room, is a restful double and its en-suite has a shower and WC. At the other end of the property is a single bedroom and bathroom comprising of bath with hand held shower, WC and wash hand basin.

Stepping outside, you will love the frontal sunny patio. Take in the sun and take breakfast, there’s plenty of garden furniture, and a beautiful shared garden. There is off-road parking for one car.

This is a beautiful and perfectly equipped cottage, combining historical charm with modern fixtures. It's location is excellent for visitors wishing to spend time on pilgrimage in Walsingham, but is also ideally situated for those wanting to explore this beautiful and unspoiled part of North Norfolk. We have had a lovely weeks stay so peaceful and cosy , lovely cake and wine left as a welcome gift which was very thoughtful, plenty to do and see we ran out of days so will hopefully be back to carry on where we left off , such a comfy, well equipped place to stay so thank you for a great relaxing week , village farm shop was a big hit lovely fresRead moreh produce and meat brought some back as it was so nice . Excellent in every respect. Your fantastic cottage is by far the best that we have discovered over the past few years. We love North Norfolk and the Shrine, the village and the cottage are so peaceful and tranquil, we can't wait to come back again.

The shower was great but the en-suite is tiny though there is nothing that can be done about that. I couldnt have a bath the second en-suite as I have a hip problem, there is a shower attachment but no shower screen/curtain.

A beautiful cottage, the modern facilities added to the comfort. Definitely needed a larger duvet on the double bed to save fighting over it in the night! Sitting outside in the courtyard drinking coffee in the morning to wine in the evening was special. The village was pretty and the residents were friendly. Two pubs in the village one providing bRead morear food the other was hit and miss. Nortons just a minute away serves lunches and pizzas and lovely cakes. Hide

Comfortable, light and clean with a nice sunny front yard to sit out. Tastefully furnished and well lit. Good heating . Ensuite bathroom is tiny but other bathroom has a bath and more space, Reasonably quiet, although on the roadside.

The cottage was very well equipped, clean and cosy. Bed was very comfortable. On arrival we found that the owner had left cake, milk and a bottle of wine for us to enjoy. This was a lovely thoughtful touch. Found the owner to be very helpful and keen for us to have a great holiday. Would happily stay there again.

A nice cottage to stay at in a pleasant and interesting village with good amenities and in easy reach of the lovely coast. Everything felt comfortable, safe, straightforward and peaceful. The owner was very kind and hospitable. All exactly as we wanted for a brief winter hibernation!

This cottage is perfectly located in the historic village of Little Walsingham in beautiful north Norfolk. For those in a car, the whole county is at your disposal. If, like myself, you're on public transport, the excellent Lynxbus Coastliner bus runs hourly (Mon-Sat) through the village, allowing easy access to a number of villages, small towns anRead mored the coast. Its a lovely cottage ,well equipped to a high standard & clean BUT my wife could not use the either the bath due to arthritus nor the shower as there was no grab rail ,so had to have a "top & tail" for the week!!!

Lovely week in beautiful cottage . Thank you for a lovely stay, am booked for next year. Despite the long journey, St Felix and Walsingham is very well worth it. Nice mix of Pilgrimage/ holiday, for me personally. Lovely places to eat. Cannot speak highly enough of it.

A wonderful cottage in a prime location within the town. Every aspect was covered including a welcome pack. Plenty of crockery and cutlery available in a superb kitchen. Overall a very enjoyable stay in a great location. Would have no hesitation in coming back in the future.

Undoubtedly the best self catering cottage we have stayed in. The cottage was extremely clean, the crockery and cutlery was superb. It made such a difference to our holiday. The location was lovely and if circumstances allow we'll be back.

This is a fabulous cottage in a wonderful location. We recommend visiting the abbey gardens, Sherringham Park and Holkham. The cottage has everything you need and the thought that had been put into making our holiday an excellent one was second to none. We found it to be very clean and the garden is wonderful, we even had a muntjac deer visitor.
