Mill Barn is located on a private lane in the quiet seaside village of Weybourne. The house is just a minute’s walk from Weybourne’s shingle beach, an Area of Outstanding Beauty and dog friendly. This quiet secluded spot is perfect for enjoying coastal walks and spotting the local marine wildlife.  Ali’s café and deli is located a minute’s walk from the house offering breakfast, lunch and a good range of produce. The Ship pub sits opposite the café and serves delicious food but remember to book as it gets very busy.  Mill Barn enjoys a peaceful location away from the hustle and bustle of the area’s busier resorts and yet is still within easy reach should you wish to visit. The seaside town of Sheringham is located approximately 3.5 miles from the property and offers a wealth of things to do including; The Mo Museum, A Steam Railway with trains running frequently to Holt and Weybourne, a Golf Course and thriving high street with a wealth of independent stores, coffee shops and places to eat. The elegant Georgian town of Holt is located 4.5 miles away and has a real community feel to it, here there is an excellent range of shops, restaurants, and coffee shops, ideal for popping out for a relaxed lunch or dinner.

The newly refurbished Mill Barn is an upside-down house. Stepping inside, the entrance hall leads to two bedrooms. The main bedroom has a king size bed and the smaller has a queen bed and in between there’s a bathroom with shower-over-bath and WC. Upstairs the open-plan living area has a comfortable lounge with a log burner for the colder months and bi-folding doors that open out onto a spacious balcony with patio furniture. The modern kitchen/dining area is fully equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment, washer/dryer and dishwasher.

The outside space is small but perfect in which to enjoy some relaxing leisure time. There’s a small lawn, planted borders and even the soothing sound of a small mill stream running through it. Due to the stream this property is not suitable for families with children. The garden is enclosed in by a wire fence but not totally secure for small dogs. There are two designated parking bays just opposite the cottage.

We had a great week at the lovely cottage. Fantastic location near the beach and a short walk to the village pub and the little shop/cafe. The garden is lovely with a stream running through it which the dogs loved as it was so hot while we were there. Will definitely be returning. Lots of places to explore and the local bus is an excellent service.Read more Hide

Excellent property, very clean and tidy in a good state of repair, brilliant location, will definitely be returning. Just one negative was the Welcome pack that is provided is very basic and not much of a welcome and the milk inside the pack had expired.

Mill Barn is charming, lovely setting with the mill stream running through the garden, and very quiet and peaceful. The property is comfortable and well equipped though the fridge is rather small. The village shop at the top of the lane has everything you might need and serves excellent coffee! The garden is fully enclosed, perfect for dogs.

We had a wonderful stay at Mill Barn. The directions were helpful and getting into the cottage was very easy with the key safe. The property was spotlessly clean and bigger than it looked on the photos. The property is a 3 minute walk from the beach and we found the stream that ran through the garden a really soothing sound. The house was very cosyRead more and comfortable and we had the log fire on every night. The pub up the road does great take away fish and chips! Would definitely recommend. Hide

What a treat of a location! We loved the extra treats and cleaning products and felt that the cottage gave us plenty of companionable living space and seating for the whole family. The balcony for our breakfast and walks along the coast just around the corner really helped us all to unwind after a long half term. We also had great fun teaching our Read moredaughters how to play chess as well! Hide

A lovely property in a very quiet area and close to the beach and coast walks. A lovely pub and a shop/cafe in the village but no other shops unless you go into Sherringham which is only a 6 minute drive. The pictures don't do the property justice because alot has changed.
