The Dinosaur Adventure Park is located within driving distance too, which is a fantastic fun filled family day out. Also, within a short drive, is a highly regarded 18-hole golf course which runs alongside the cliffs and coastline offering fantastic views.
As you enter this newly refurbished bungalow, you arrive into the hallway which to your left is the open plan living and dining area. The living area has two large sofas ideal to watch the large wall mounted smart television above a wide feature fire, perfect for a relaxing evening with friends or family. There is a dining table and six chairs which provides the ideal spot for meal with loved ones. The conservatory is off from the living area and has a further sofa and two armchairs and the views across the fields behind the enclosed garden provide a lovely backdrop. Back to the front of the property the well-equipped modern kitchen has an electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine as well as another table and four chairs should you want to have a light breakfast and plan the day ahead. There are three bedrooms in total. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with plenty of storage for belongings, then there is a double bedroom with built-in cupboards and finally a twin room which can be made up to another double room on request should this be your preference.
