Located just a mile from the wonderful North Norfolk coastline, this detached property benefits from a fantastic location, making it perfect for a family or group of friends looking to explore the local area.

Set in a peaceful village location, you are less than 1 mile to the fabulous North Norfolk coastline and the popular seaside town of Sheringham where you can catch a ride on the North Norfolk Steam Railway to Weybourne and the Georgian town of Holt. Cromer is just 5 miles away, famous for Cromer crab, along with the Pier & Pavilion Theatre and its vast beaches perfect for swimmers, surfers, and sandcastle makers alike. For walkers, the Norfolk Coast Path is close by, offering fantastic scenic walks and access to other neighbouring seaside towns and villages. Other nearby attractions include Amazona Zoo (5 miles), as well as the National Trust sites of Blickling (13 miles) and Felbrigg Hall (4 miles), and a boat trip out at Blakeney Point (11 miles) to see the resident seal colony comes highly recommended.

As you enter this newly refurbished and charming bungalow, you arrive in the hallway where after kicking off those walking boots you head on in to explore your holiday home. To the right is the lounge area where, as well as having a large window allowing you to view the gorgeous front garden complete with a small stream, you have a large comfortable sofa and three armchairs providing enough space for six guests to cosy up and watch a movie on the Smart TV. Out and back into the hallway, you first come across the master bedroom which is a king-size complete with TV and storage space for your belongings. Bedroom two is next along and is a twin room with a cot bed making it ideal for children, and finally, bedroom three is a double room, again with a view out to the back garden. All bedrooms share a family shower room and a separate WC. The well-equipped kitchen is towards the back of the property and has everything the chef of the group needs to lovingly prepare a meal with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and there is also a washing machine for you to use which might come in handy after a busy day out on the coast. Once dinner is prepared, serve up in the dining area which is in the conservatory and can seat up to six guests and includes a highchair.

There is a tranquil garden area to the front of the property which has a picnic bench and another bench where you can relax and unwind perhaps with a drink or two. A very small stream runs through the front garden which attracts an abundance of wildlife including various species of birds, rabbits and squirrels. There is an enclosed garden area to the rear of the property perhaps best for your four-legged friend and here, as well as a lovely herb garden, you also have a brick barbeque a table and chairs for some al fresco dining and a shed for securing bikes and surfing equipment. There is off-road parking for up to two cars to the side of the property and plenty of on-street parking (subject to availability) if you have guests over for dinner.

Lovely peaceful location. Outdoor seating areas to front and rear. Comfortable beds and spacious sitting area. Walking into town along the stream was lovely. A deer visited the front garden some night which was wonderful. Will revisit in the future.

The bungalow is well equipped for a family with a lovely secluded garden. A great location for Sheringham beach and shops. The steam railway is great and a visit to nearby Cromer is lovely. Even in a typical British summer we found plenty to do and visit, the owners were very helpful with any questions we had , will definitely return!

A hand rail as you enter for the unsteady going in and out. One in the shower would also be a blessing.

Cottage is ideally situated for a quiet break away from the hustle and bustle of Sheringham, but not too far away. Clean, comfortable, and safe for dogs and children, with a lovely little enclosed garden.

My husband & I have just returned from our holiday at the Beest. It's a lovely bungalow set in very peaceful surroundings yet not far from lovely seaside locations & a large supermarket just a 5 minutes drive away. The bungalow itself is a home from home - very clean with good facilities. The owners are extremely warm & friendly & contacted us bothRead more prior to us setting off & also, during our stay to make sure that everything was ok for us. Can't recommend this little gem enough. Hide
