Baconsthorpe is just 3 miles from the Georgian town of Holt meaning you are perfectly placed to enjoy some downtime in the quiet village or venture out by foot or car to the town to enjoy some retail therapy and a fine selection of cafes, pubs and restaurants. 5 miles away is the picturesque North Norfolk coast boasting an array of lovely sandy beaches along with some characterful seaside villages and towns. The charming town of Sheringham is just 5 miles away, Cromer, famous for crab and the End of the Pier Theatre, is just 9 miles away whilst Blakeney Point where you can catch a boat trip to see the country’s largest grey seal colony is just 8.5 miles away.

You enter this charming traditional flint cottage and arrive in the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner and immediately get a sense of how much care and attention the owner has put in to ensuring this is a real home away from home, providing a cosy and comfortable place for you to enjoy whilst on holiday. The lounge area has a comfortable sofa and two arm-chairs which surround a wood burner and a Smart TV so curl up on a chilly evening whilst watching your favourite show. The kitchen has everything you’ll need to lovingly prepare a hearty meal with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and a washing machine. Whether its breakfast, lunch or dinner then you have a lovely dining table to dine at which can seat up to four guests. Upstairs you have a master bedroom with a king-size bed and plenty of space to hang or store your clothes whilst the second bedroom has a single bed along with an additional trundle bed and space for clothes and personal items. The family bathroom has a shower over slipper bath and WC so perfect to soak those tired muscles after a day out exploring North Norfolk.

Outside there is an enclosed garden area and a patio area which has a table and chairs for those who wish to enjoy some drinks of an evening and perhaps dine al fresco. There is unallocated on-street parking outside the front of the cottage on a quiet lane.
