This stylish apartment has been renovated to ensure you have the most blissful stay during your holiday. It benefits from a location in which you have sea views and is a mere 400 metres to Cromer seafront, with crazy golf and the famous pavilion theatre on the pier. This seaside resort has something for everyone, including traditional seaside amusements and the popular Amazona Zoo offering a great day out. Other seaside villages and towns that are worth a visit include Holt, Sheringham, Cley, and Blakeney which are all within 13 miles, and you can also hire a day boat at Wroxham, 19 miles away, to explore 125 miles of magnificent waterways that make up the famous Norfolk Broads.

You enter this apartment block into the shared lobby and head into your apartment. The entrance hallway leads off to the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, bedrooms, and a separate WC. The lounge area has a Smart TV, a three-seater sofa, and an armchair, whilst the kitchen area has everything the chef among you will need to cook up a scrumptious meal to enjoy in the dining area. Also on this floor is a king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room. Head downstairs to the lower ground floor where you can find a stylish double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.

There is an enclosed patio area with garden furniture which is perfect for some evening drinks or dining alfresco whilst watching the world go by.

Wow! From start to finish an amazing apartment. There has been a great deal of thought put into what people might need whilst away. The detail on the finish is fantastic and what a view! Fantastic location in a beautiful place.

Perfect position for exploring Cromer and surrounding areas. Handy for beach, town, shopping. Very well equipped apartment - high standard of fittings and equipment. Lacking a shower curtain downstairs which would have been useful as we were two separate couples who did not want to share a bathroom. Downstairs bed was not as comfortable as I would Read morehave expected given the otherwise high level of equipment. Cromer was just what we were looking for and we had a great holiday with the dog. The apartment was lovely, it's obviously been recently refurbished to a high standard. Location was excellent, with shops, beach and restaurants a five minute walk. The parking was a few minutes walk away. Dog friendly, although no gate on the patio, so would have to keep dog on a lead if you were sitting out on patio, there is a green but easy accRead moreess onto the road for a dog. The apartment is amazing, it's so modern and spacious and has everything you might need. The location you cannot beat. We have 2 small children and we were able to easily walk to anywhere we wanted to go. So much to do in the area to keep us all happy. We have recommended to friends and family already. Beautiful apartment, fantastic location, some renovations in the immediate area but considerate builders so not a problem. High quality modern interior. Unfortunately washing machine stopped working, attended to quickly but not fixed as under warranty so owner was waiting for an engineer. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

It is a lovely well decorated apartment in an excellent location close to the sea, shops and cafes. It is also close to the bus station so extremely convenient fpr days out. It was perfect for our two dogs who loved to walk on the beach every morning The apartment was very clean and well equiped.

A lovely flat being new and fresh. All the equipment you could need is provided and everything is good quality. So comfortable and clean and the location is great for a stroll into town or down onto the beach. Will definitely return in the near future!

This apartment is stunning and in a perfect location for access to the beach, shops and amazing food. Communication from Michelle prior to arrival was brilliant. Mark who met us at the apartment to show us around was really friendly and helpful. We had a small plumbing issue that was resolved really quickly and did not affect our stay.
