This stunning apartment has been lovingly renovated and designed to ensure you have the most memorable stay in the heart of the traditional Victorian seaside town of Cromer. With sea views from every window, you are a  mere 100 meters to Cromer seafront, close to the beach, pubs, restaurants and the famous pavilion theatre on the pier.  Cromer has something for everyone, catering for all ages and tastes - build sandcastles, swim and explore the rock pools on the fabulous beach, learn to surf or paddle board, enjoy the traditional seaside amusements or crazy golf. See a show at the theatre on the pier, visit some of the many cafes, bars, restaurants and deli's or sample the famous Cromer crab. Watch the traditional fishermen launch their boats, or the passing movements of commercial boats and cruise ships. For golfers there are courses on the cliffs. Cromer is right on the Norfolk Coastal path so walkers have miles of coastline to explore. At low tide you may even catch a glimpse of the rare chalk reef. The popular family venue of Cromer Amazona Zoo offers a fantastic day out. Other quaint seaside villages and towns that are worth a visit include Holt, Sheringham, Cley and Blakeney which are all within 13 miles, and you can also hire a boat at Wroxham just 19 miles away to navigate the 125 miles of magnificent waterways that make up the famous Norfolk Broads. The railway station is only a 5 minute walk from the apartment where you can take a train and visit historic Norwich.

You enter this apartment block into the hallway and head up to the second floor to your stylish apartment. Step into the hallway which has a handy storage cupboard and leading off from here is the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, the bedrooms, and the main bathroom. The lounge area has a wall-mounted Smart TV, and a two-seater and a three-seater sofa, whilst the kitchen area has everything the designated chef of the party will need to cook up a scrumptious meal to enjoy at the table in the dining area that is set by the patio doors leading out to the balcony, and has enough comfortable seating for all guests. When it’s time for some well-earned shut-eye, you have a choice between two beautifully furnished bedrooms, one with TV, a double bed with en-suite shower room and the other has a king size bed and TV. Completing this lovely property is the main bathroom.

The balcony area has a wonderful panoramic view of the town, the cliffs and hills, the lighthouse and of course the sea and the famous Cromer pier. You can sit and enjoy some evening drinks or perhaps dine al-fresco style with the glorious sea and sky providing a more than fitting backdrop.

Some areas not particularly clean ( front of oven very smeared , and cooker hood front the same ) floor very dusty and not cleaned well , balcony had birds nest / bird food spread across it not sure why . We had a great time in Cromer and the accommodation was very good. Basically, everything that we needed was in the apartment. Very close to the beach and town and yet far enough to be peaceful. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone thinking of holidaying in the Cromer area.

A modern, comfortable flat with sitting-out balcony - when the weather's warm! - in a good location. Super thick-pile carpets in the bedrooms.
