Mundesley in Norfolk is a beautiful coastal village that offers plenty of attractions for visitors to enjoy. Welcome to this charming property with its open-plan lounge, kitchen, and dining area – perfect for entertaining and spending quality time with family and friends. As you step inside the front door, you'll be greeted by a cosy lounge area featuring comfortable sofas, perfect for sinking into after a long day. The lounge also boasts a wood burner, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere during colder months. You can relax and watch your favourite shows on the Smart TV whilst enjoying the warmth of the fire. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to prepare your favourite meals, whether you're cooking up a storm or simply enjoying a quick snack. There are three bar stools at the breakfast bar, perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee or a light breakfast. The dining table, which seats four, is ideal for enjoying meals together as a group. Upstairs, you'll find a double room and a twin room, both of which are tastefully decorated and designed for your comfort. The rooms share a family bathroom which is bright and airy, providing a relaxing space to refresh and rejuvenate.
 
Outside, you'll find an enclosed gravel and decking area, complete with garden furniture and a charcoal BBQ, perfect for al fresco dining on warm evenings. The area is ideal for children to play and explore while parents can relax and unwind.

Cottage was beautifully presented and quite a bit bigger than it looks, also very clean and a nice base from which to explore further afield. Everything you could need and a lovely place to stay and come back to each day.

Really lovely cottage. Well equipped with everything you need ib a home from home. The cottage feels modern and has a fresh look whilst still retaining a cosy cottage feel. Great location for exploring the North Norfolk coastline. We had a great stay here and would definitely recommend.

Our week here with our dog Isla was just what was needed. Tolls Cottage is lovely, well equipped, clean and comfortable. We have stayed at both Winns and Tolls Cottage now and both are a credit to their owner. The beaches around Mundesley are great for dogs to run on and wave hop, Isla really enjoys her holidays here. Cottage is lovely and very comfortable. Original art very pleasing, particularly the oyster catcher prints. The cottage is nice and warm, essential for a holiday in March. The open plan ground floor is extremely spacious.

Lovely cottage, great location with good facilities and walk to the beach. The owners were really helpful when I was delayed due to my car breaking down, and this was really appreciated. We plan on returning, and I would recommend without hesitation.

Absolutely gorgeous cottage with lots of ground floor space for the two of us and our dog Woody. Very clean and comfortable, well equipped. Quiet location but walking distance to the beach, will definitely book again.

A very well thought out holiday home that is finished to a high standard. Immaculate cleanliness and great location. The space was perfect for our family, being a lot larger than it appears in the photos. Great kitchen, bathroom and outdoor area. We would definitely stay again. Tolls Cottage, is a quaint cottage with a modern, stylish interior that even the most discerning of our party was impressed by! Pulling up outside, you could think this was a smallish space; however, once inside, it was spacious but felt cosy. Had a lovely stay in this cottage, ideal spot, as just on the edge of the village so a nice 10 min walk to the front so ideal if you have a dog. Its such a peaceful place and an ideal base for exploring. Plenty of places to visit that are dog friendly, ie Felbrigg Hall, Blickling Hall .. and Pigneys wood just a 10 min drive which is ideal for dog wRead morealking .. Had a wonderful stay in Toll Cottage Mundesley. Very large space and light and airy. Welcoming touch of milk and cookies appreciated on arrival. garden space is lovely and relaxing and evening garden lights set the scene before the sky fills with stars. Photos don't give this property justice! Huge ground floor for 2 bed cottage! Very newly refurbished but lovely mix between old and new. Only a short stay for 3 nights , very comfortable beds, loved the cottage and will definitely return. Went with my 15 year old and dog.. unfortunately my son broke his arm, skateboarding on the 2nd day...Anna was Read moreso kind and helpful in a stressful situation...I can't thank her enough for helping with info to A and E and helping with my dog! We spent a week at Toll's Cottage and found it to be immaculately clean and had everything we needed. More spacious downstairs than the photos indicated. The location was great, just a 15 minute walk into Mundesley and its fabulous beach, plus ideally situated to get to other areas of interest. Thank you Anna for the milk and biscuits on arrival. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tolls cottage, the owners were lovely and accommodating. The cottage itself id beautiful, coming with everything we needed for a weeklong stay. We would highly recommend this rental to anyone!
