This 300 year-old converted Windmill, once owned by actor Roger Moore, combines features from yester-year, with modern comforts and has been lovingly restored and furnished to reflect a Norfolk Broads and film theme throughout, with splashes of James Bond here and there! Sleeping a maximum of 007 (5+2), it offers the ultimate romantic getaway summer or winter, or a unique escape for family groups. Once there, enjoy 360 degree views of beautiful scenery and wonderful wildlife; or simply while away the hours, relaxing in one of the many sunspots, outside dining areas or bar; do a spot of fishing off the private mooring or take a boat trip on the beautiful broads

Upon entering this truly quirky property you will arrive into the intriguing circular industrial style kitchen which comes complete with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, additional drinks fridge and washer/dryer. This leads up two steps through a small hallway to a light and airy film themed lounge/dining area, with two stylish sofas, one of which is a double sofa bed. There is a feature wood burner for cosy winter nights, a large Smart TV and DVD entertainment system with a selection of DVD’s, board games , CD’s and for the stargazers ... a telescope! Two double patio doors lead onto the main south facing decking area - perfect for al fresco dining. Also on the ground floor is a contemporary shower room with shower and WC. Above the lounge a half spiral, steep staircase leads to a cosy double bedroom on a mezzanine level overlooking the lounge. Heading up the main staircase to the first floor you will find the wall adorned with a history of the mill. This leads to a luxury round double bedroom with feature round bed and Smart TV. The second floor reveals a quirky open-plan single bed area with TV. Heading further up an original staircase to the third floor you will reach the Bond themed office/dressing room area. Via a small, steep staircase you will finally reach the fourth and top floor of the mill. This aerial lounge (the cap) with double sofa bed and TV has a private balcony/viewing gallery so you can fully appreciate the far reaching, breathtaking views across the picturesque Norfolk Broads and the stunning countryside. Please be open-minded for the quirky sleeping arrangements, and some narrow and open-tread staircases - it is a windmill after all!

Outside In the private landscaped garden you will find an additional rustic style outdoor WC with a shower (for use in the summer months). Cleverly created seating areas enable you to lap up the sun from the minute it rises until the minute it sets with 360 degree dusk ‘til dawn sunshine.
