Your spacious property is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac close to the town’s pubs, shops and restaurants, while a 30-minute walk along the coast takes you to Holkham’s breathtaking beach and nature reserve.
You open the front door into a hallway where you’ll find a separate WC and a door into the roomy lounge. Sofas, a Smart TV, iPod docking station and CD enable you to unwind here in comfort and style, with an electric, flame-effect burner providing the warmth on those cooler evenings. Through an archway is the sunny dining room with a table and seating for eight, plus another sofa and plenty of books and games for traditional entertainment. French doors in this room open out onto the patio. The contemporary kitchen includes a microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, with a door from here leading to a gorgeous sun room and seating to enable you to relax while looking out into the garden. The three upstairs bedrooms are bright and complemented by wooden wardrobes and cabinets: one king with built-in storage, one twin and one bunk with pull-out lower double. The spacious bathroom features a bath, shower over the bath and WC.
