The shower room offers hot water which is heated by a gas boiler with basin and WC. Gaggy's Hut is in a superb location and it is the second time we have stayed there. The sea views and sunsets are spectacular. The only thing that let it down was that it was in need of some TLC. After a good clean, de-clutter and lick of paint it could be the perfect gem.

Great location on the Wash with views of the lake & sea and the big Norfolk sky. It's has a real cosy feel, from times gone by, and so is a great place to switch off, relax and unwind.

Absolutely loved our holiday, exactly what was needed slowed right down to quiet life. A gorgeous place to be, beachside and easy walks available. Honestly couldnt have wanted more from this gorgeous shabby chic cottage. Using a long windbreak we made a temporary fence for our dogs and sat in the gorgeous sun room soaking it all in. Nice little cottage on the edge of the Wash. As the property doesnt have any mains power, we recommend taking power banks for charging mobile devices as the USB charging ports are limited to just 2 slots which require the cigarette lighter adapter.

Lovely location overall. We loved the ducks & rabbits around the property and immediate area. Sun room at back was excellent. Bring a head torch or big torch if you want to read in the evenings. Real shame there was no sea view as walkway/bund obscured it. No freezer, so plan food carefully.
