super cottage looked like no one had used it before it was clean and fresh. Parking can be difficult on some cottages. Loved the detailing in the decoration of the building and quality items used to furnish. Has excellent access to town ( 5 min walk) which has superb high quality shops and places to eat.

Perfect cottage for a 2-3 people with great location and beautiful walks to both the Holt Country Park and some common land which was perfect for our large dog. The only caveat I would have is that there is no upstairs loo so during the night it is a trip downstairs which for most folk is not an issue but for some might cause a problem.
