Tucked away in a no-through lane, yet near the centre of the bustling village of Snettisham, this cottage is perfectly located for you to enjoy the stunning North Norfolk coastline, with its miles of sandy beaches and big skies. With a blend of contemporary and traditional styling, the cottage works equally well as a romantic coastal retreat for two, or a luxury bolthole for family or friends to escape for a long weekend or relaxing holiday.

Upon entering the cottage, you will find yourself in the welcoming entrance hall where you can kick off your shoes and hang your coats. The first room you will find yourself in is the bright and spacious family kitchen which is very well equipped, with Bosch and Dualit appliances, fully integrated dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer, gas range style cooker with two electric ovens, large refectory table seating six, pegs for coats, digital Roberts radio, stone floor, underfloor heating and double doors onto the garden. The lounge has cosy oak flooring, an open fireplace and Chesneys wood burner, two comfy sofas, armchair, coffee table, flat screen Sony smart TV with Freeview and Netflix, DVD player and Bluetooth speaker to stream your favourite music or radio station. You can also find a WC on the ground floor.

After a long day of exploring, take the stairs up to the first floor. The master bedroom features a locally-crafted king size brass bed with Hypnos mattress, ample walk-in wardrobe storage, chest of drawers, bedside tables, reading lamps and en-suite shower room with a walk-in rain shower, console sink and WC. The second bedroom is a twin room with two comfortable full size single beds, built-in wardrobe, small set of drawers and bedside lamps. The third bedroom offers a small double bed, table, lamp and built-in wardrobe. There is a large family bathroom on the first floor with rolltop bath, perfect for a long soak after a day’s exploring the beautiful North Norfolk beaches and coastal paths.

With underfloor heating throughout the ground floor and radiators upstairs as well as the log burner in the living room, the cottage is warm and toasty during the cooler months and throughout the year is filled with light all day long.

A shingle driveway to the side of the cottage provides private, off-road parking for two cars. There's a gate to a secure, fully-enclosed garden that is safe for dogs and children. The garden is also accessed via double doors from the kitchen.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

lovely cottage but quite dark. The cottage was right opposite a builders merchant with lorries and vans coming and going. A welcome pack of some sort would have been nice if only milk and tea. Parking not that easy as it stated room for two cars.

This property is situated in a quiet location. The standard of furnishings and fittings were very good and everything you could require was available in the kitchen. The large dining table would have been excellent for family meals. The standard of cleanliness in all areas was excellent.
