Situated in the tranquil village of Briston, this lovely property is just three miles from the thriving Georgian town of Holt, a popular destination with a great choice of restaurants, tearooms and pubs, as well as a variety of independent shops and art galleries. The Holt Country Park offers 100 acres of woodland to discover. Exploring the ground floor of this beautiful property further you will find a cosy double bedroom, and a wet room complete with shower and WC. Heading up to the first floor, there are two galleried bedrooms: one double and a twin which has an additional pullout bed. There is also a family bathroom with a bath, shower cubicle and WC.

Stepping outside you will find a gravel area to the front of the barn with garden furniture where you can sit back and dine al fresco. Though not enclosed, the whole area is gated from the road. The barn also enjoys the shared use of an enclosed children's play area with a climbing frame and an outside seating area.

Nice property adjoins the main road, so the living room is only a pathway from passing vehicles, but was quiet, even with the close proximity. More noise in the top two bedrooms from the road but not to problematic. Downstairs bedroom, very small with a wardrobe and two side cabinets no dressing table. Kitchen well-equipped, nice large area, open pRead morelan to living room. Wet room gets very wet so take flip flops. Short walk to small coop. Short drive to Holt and other attractions. Hide

Really good base to explore the north of Norfolk. Well equipped and cosy accommodation in driving distance of the sea snd some interesting National Trust and other properties. Nice outside space for those sunny days.

The property is very convenient for visiting North Norfolk. It has it's own play area. A nisa convenience store and a small Co-op store are a short walk away. The property has all mod cons.

Great place to stay and very comfortable. We hired bikes and enjoyed exploring the very quiet local lanes and Holt and the coast are easily accessible by bike. Village butcher and deli is excellent.

Very nice holiday location and central for places to visit. Very helpful friendly owners. Extremely quiet with comfortable beds. Excellent offroad parking. Conveniently placed to walk to the village shops.
